We reserve the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from your virtual currency balance or close your Inactive account entirely, resulting in the forfeiture of all remaining Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, subject to applicable state laws.

3.1 Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are standard social tokens used purely for entertainment and gameplay purposes. They have absolutely no real-world monetary value. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged, traded, transferred, or redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any other items of value. You can acquire Gold Coins for free via daily login bonuses, promotional giveaways, or by purchasing Gold Coin packages using real money. All purchases of Gold Coin packages are final and non-refundable.

3.2 Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are promotional sweepstakes entry tokens. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly under any circumstances. They are strictly distributed for free via the following methods:

  • As a free, promotional bonus appended to the purchase of specific Gold Coin packages.
  • Through free daily login rewards.
  • By participating in social media contests and mail-in requests (Alternative Method of Entry - AMOE), as detailed fully in our official Sweeps Rules document.

Sweeps Coins can be used to play participating games in "Sweeps Mode." Sweeps Coins won through gameplay (subject to specific playthrough requirements) become eligible for prize redemption.

3.3 Prize Redemptions

Eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes or digital gift cards through our cashier portal. The minimum redemption threshold is typically 100 eligible Sweeps Coins for cash transfers, and 10 eligible Sweeps Coins for digital gift cards. Before any redemption request can be processed, you must successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to limit the maximum redemption amount per user per day in accordance with specific state regulations (e.g., users residing in New York or Florida may be subject to a $5,000 maximum daily redemption limit). Prize redemptions will only be processed to a verified financial account or payment method bearing the exact name registered to the user's Lavish Luck Casino profile.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Chargebacks

When you choose to purchase Gold Coin packages, transactions are processed by our authorized payment agents, which may include Cosmic Tour Limited or Summer Autumn Play Inc. By initiating a purchase, you warrant that you are the authorized and lawful owner of the payment method (credit card, debit card, or e-wallet) used for the transaction.

Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or reversing a payment made to Lavish Luck Casino is considered a severe breach of this Agreement. If a chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, permanently ban you from the Platform, and pursue legal action or collections to recover the contested funds and any associated administrative fees.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Integrity

To ensure a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and permanent bans.

  • Location Spoofing: You may not use Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other location-masking software to disguise your physical location or bypass our geo-blocking software.
  • Abusive Behavior: You may not harass, threaten, or use abusive language toward our customer support staff or other players in any chat rooms, emails, or social media platforms.
  • Illegal Activities: You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal or fraudulent activities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on the Platform—including but not limited to the Lavish Luck Casino name, brand, logos, game designs, graphics, audio clips, software code, and textual content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Prudent Owl Limited or its respective licensors. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected. In the event of a system malfunction, game bug, or server error, all gameplay, spins, and associated virtual currency payouts resulting from that specific error will be declared void. Any virtual currency deducted during a voided game will be refunded to your account balance.

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL, CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR GOLD COIN PURCHASES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prudent Owl Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, payment processors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and regulatory fines) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your improper use of the Platform; (iii) your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; or (iv) any fraudulent activity or chargebacks associated with your account.

10. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

10.1 Informal Resolution

10.3 Class Action Waiver
