4.1 Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are standard social tokens designed entirely for amusement and entertainment gameplay. Gold Coins hold zero real-world value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or exchanged for cash or prizes. You can purchase Gold Coins, but doing so does not increase your chances of winning in the Sweeps Coins promotional games.

4.2 Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are the promotional entries used to participate in the sweepstakes on Lavish Luck Casino. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. They are strictly distributed for free as promotional incentives or via the Alternative Method of Entry described below. Sweeps Coins won through gameplay (subject to playthrough requirements) become "Eligible Sweeps Coins" and can be redeemed for real cash prizes or digital gift cards.

You will be permanently banned, and all virtual currency (both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins) will be immediately forfeited without compensation if you engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI to play games or generate AMOE mail-in requests.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winning participant. 10. Limitation of Liability and Release

11. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

13. Severability

If any provision or part of a provision of these Sweeps Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the rules, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Winners List Request

To request a list of major prize winners (prizes valued over $500), please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to our corporate mailing address (provided via support upon request) with the subject line "Lavish Luck Casino - Winners List Request." Requests must be received within six (6) months of the end of the applicable sweepstakes period.
